Exchanges for Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement.

Cancellation of Orders
As our products are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 10 hours after placing your order. After this period, we begin the production process, and cancellations are not possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Ensure accurate shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
